Yes, but I think that Symantec will ignore it.

They'll do what everyone does with Melih, just ignore him.

No, I do not think that is normal. Do you have files in the sandbox that need to moved?

    I have it at 0%.
Maybe if you are using any p2p software all the connections can be using a little bit the CPU, but even when I use utorrent the cpu is still at 0%

I would not call CIS heavy in terms of CPU time, but it can be depending on what is going on.

MIght be an issue with avast pro's sandbox. You might try disabling that if you can. I know that avast 5 free works well with CIS firewall so I think the pro version might be the issue.

Try Process Monitor. You might be able to notice some peculiar activity.

I uninstalled the Comodo firewall as it seemed to really use a lot of CPU at times. I also have Avast free av. Maybe I'll try to use Comodo in the future again- perhaps there is some Avast conflict.

I dont know what can be the problem, I'm using it on win7 x64 even now with utorrent downloading at 1Mb/s and uploading to 0,1Mb/s the cpu for cpf.exe and cmdagent.exe is 0% all the time.

For me is a very stable combo Avast! free and CIS,no problems whatsoever.
On the other hand,i don't why,AVG Pro installed with CIS and voila!cfp exe. using 30-40-50% of CPU idle!

comodo firewall alone seems to stay pretty low on CPU timing even with utorrent running, im running it alongside avast as well

I tried that combination as well, but i got the feeling that avast got a little to active. I got the feeling as if it was checking websites constantly. The light on my tower was often blinking for quit a while as it would do when Avast does a full scan.

Although i have to admit that during several(But not all) of those times cmdagent.exe was also quit active so i can not be certain whether Avast was scanning sites or if it became more active because cmdagent.exe kicked in again.

Which brings me to another question. As far as i know cmdagent is part of the Firewall correct? Why does it kick in so often, and for quit some time each time? At least i got the impression that it did kick in quit often. I know it is not bad or something, but i am just curious about that. :)

What i mean with that is that in CIS gui i could see that cmdagent.exe was active. You know like when your browser is active then you see for instance...Firefox.exe 85%.

You realize those figures in the CIS GUI are for network activity and not CPU usage, right?
