According to their forum it looks like Comodo has re-opened the beta. Anyone download it yet?

Well-well, everything went smooth this time, no more stuck at Welcome screen, no more unnecessary popups, scan looks fast (but I have 11 FP's until now and still scanning :D).
The only gripe remains Daemon Tools Lite who refuse to work or uninstall.
    Back to dig more.

What do you have heuristics at? I would not raise them past low, as it is unnecessary and usually just provides more FPs.

    Default Low.

And this is how it looks my CPU during scanning. For usual files almost 0% CPU usage but when scanning archives...

Are the FPs for common files or what I call 'Wilders FPs' on weird and wonderful and/or Beta apps?

Working great here, installed whole suite.
Everything at default settings with minor firewall tweaks.
    No issues so far.
When final release comes out it's gonna be awesome product , great job Comodo :thumb:

All FP's were tmp files with double extension *.tmp.bat from updating utorrent.
So in the end I can say that a full scan was OK, nothing strange beside those tmp files.

Nice to see, hopefully the FPs will be minimal since that was offputting for many in the past.

    Yes noob.

Having run this for a couple of hours, for me this is a huge improvement over Beta 1.
After the previous, unstable, laggy offering this is barely noticeable and my test system is extremely responsive. It seems that a lot of bugs have been eliminated so it's heading in the right direction.

Is on top update possible or you have to download the entire installer?

I'm really loving the latest beta. I've been critical of Comodo in the past, but this might just be the nicest suite I've ever used.

I have just the firewall running, and with this I don't really see the point in installing any AV since it would just slow me down. The firewall sandboxes everything that's unknown (which isn't a lot since their whitelist is massive now). If I do in fact run into malware then it's isolated so it can do no harm, and due to the cloud aspects I can be warned by the cloud behavior blocker if a program really is malicious upon execution.

Could you tell us or post in comodo forums the bugs that you are having with 4.1?

Is Default-Deny fixed at all? I ran a few tests of my own to try out the new D+ and everything passed it except for the sandbox (which isn't very reassuring).

I believe that something was mentioned on the forum that an update is possible,or will be shortly. However it's not recommended as a rule.

V4 was only ever intended as an interim release while work was completed on the cloud AV/BB which was originally planned for 4.Given the early issues with the sandbox this turned out to be a blessing in disguise IMO.
