I track my gmail emails with streak. Some emails to one friend are opened at times when he is not at home or is not opening email.. ie having coffee or dinner with us. Has his email account been compromised, is Gmail opeing his mail. he always uses a MAC or ANdroid phone.. the random openings have been either with a MAC or Gmail.. Any idea what an email opened several times means. he is wondering if anyone is reading his mails.. Today one of his mails was read while he was in a plane. He says he has not opened that mail yet.. Streak support has been no support!
Since Google is caching email's images on their server and Streak works based on images embedded to emails, maybe Streak gets somehow confused by Google image caching? http://arstechnica.com/information-...ting-by-caching-all-images-on-google-servers/ Just my guess. But if this is the case then Streak is useless..
