v32 is giving me lots of trouble.
Another issue is the inability to move the scroll bar in browser child windows. OS child windows are not affected by this issue.
Best way to replicate is on any website that features drop-down menus or lists long enough to require a scroll bar.
When you find one of them, see if the scroll bar moves. It won't for me.
I can reproduce the issue right here on Wilders while creating a post and selecting Manage Attachments under Attach Files.
The child window that pops up has a scroll bar that I cannot move.
The issue is by no means related to Wilders, as it happens everywhere else... but like I said, OS child windows are fine. It's just Chrome browser windows.

The Catch-22 of it all is that when I try to report the issue, Chrome crashes, as noted in this thread.
I love Chrome, but I'll admit, this v32 is trying my patience.

I could definitely use input from Chrome users, to see if it's my setup or a Chrome problem.
In addition to the browser child windows non-scrolling problem referenced above, there is also a non-scrolling scroll bar issue with drop-down menus (or drop-down lists).

    Try this...

    Go to https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/buy-vpn/

Click on green GET VPN ACCESS (See image below)

On the resulting page, click on 'Select your gift card brand' drop-down menu arrow.
    (See image below)

Does the scroll bar allow you to scroll down? Mine doesn't.

No problems with your VPN example here. It scrolls as expected.
That's with an untouched clean Chrome install on Windows 8.1 fwiw.

This seems to be an issue with the latest Chrome release V32.0.1700.76.

I'm also using it and on my Win 7 system I can confirm your example is not allowing me to scroll using the bar in the child window. I am able to scroll using my mouse wheel but if you don't have one then you can try pressing the down cursor key on the keyboard as a work around.

There are many comments about this and other issues on the Chrome release blog page:

We'll see if v32.0.1700.102 fixes things up for me.
