    p.13
Grisoft (Brno, Czech Republic), software company, was acquired by
Intel (US) and Enterprise Investor during 4Q 2005. Grisoft was
sold by Benson Oak (BO) (Czech Republic) for CEK 1.2 bil.
According to unofficial estimates, BO valorized its investment in
Grisoft by hundreds of millions of Czech crowns during one year.
One of the owners of BO is the financier Mr. G. Eichler, who
considers Grisoft as a prospective firm. According to Mr.
Eichler, Grisoft could become such a firm for the Czech Republic
    as Nokia for Finland.
