Changing the Quick Buttons on a laptop from Windows Media to Winamp.

These are the buttons I'm talking about.

I was just curious as to what runs these buttons? Which part of the computer controls them? Is it in the registry?

Whenever I press the play button, it goes directly to windows media player but I want it to load into winamp.

I have tried time and time again to open up the easy key / button manager, but it has no option for these buttons and I can't change them.

I was just wondering if there was a fix/hack for this in the registry somewhere...
