Changing settings doesn't work.

    I remove the check in the box for showing Webroot's icon on desktop.
    When I re-boot it's there and the box is again checked.
    How to fix this please.
    This is just one example.

    me too i have scan on boot up set and it does not!!!

    cancel that it does

    I have had no such problem.The only problem i have ever had is when i forgot to click on save all after making changes.
