I tried PikeDude's idea concerning boc411.xvu, but BOClean failed on the 16th reboot. Well beyond the average of BOClean failing once in every 4 reboots.

I noticed that when BOClean starts successfully, both boclean.exe and bocsec.exe show up as executing in procguard.log, but when BOClean fails, bocsec.exe does not show up as executing. If I rename bocsec.exe something else and reboot, the BOClean icon will show up in the tray and appears to function normally. So it seems that bocsec.exe is not required for BOClean to start and function. With or without renaming bocsec.exe, BOClean still fails to start consistently as before.

    Hope this helps.
