Casino pop-up.

    My Brother has a Casino pop-up that apears and drives him crazy even when his browser is closed. Will even pop-up during games. Where is the best place to look for it for deletion?
    He has Spyware blaster and Spybot, but can`t find it`s wherabouts.
    He is running MS millenium on AMD Athlon xp2400.
