can't update

    I am receiving: error getting the update information. Server may be temporarily unavailable or there may be conflict with a Firewall or the update file may have 'gotten' (hate that American word) corrupted during download.

    I have uninstalled the programme and re-installed and still getting the same error message.

    This has been like this for 4 days. Any ideas or suggestions as to why?

    Had to guess that you posted regarding SpywareBlaster or SpywareGuard. Could you let us know which one it was?

    I just downloaded Spyware Guard on my new Compaq and CAN'T update either. Same error message. Please help!
