Can't Update - user name and password

It will be three years in March that I have been using NOD32 and this is the first time I have experienced this. Click the update button and get the following message:

"Enter Password to access "name of server" Note: For the User name name and Password to be remembered, they must be entered properly in the Update setup window."

Nothing has changed on my system in over a month. I have seen a few other threads on this topic, but none seemed to go anywhere. Does anyone have any information on this problem? Thanks in advance.

*EDIT* Please delete this post. I just realized that my subscription has expired. I thought it was good until March, but I looked at my order form to confirm my u name and password and see that it expired three days ago. Now I feel like an idiot.
