Cant update my NOD32!

    ok it goes like this,i realised that i hadnt been seeing updates for a while since three days ago,checked the nod webby for the latest signature...so it was weird my nod didnt inform me of any new definitions
    so i clicked the update button but nothing comes up
    it just says update... and then nothing happens,definitions are on automatic
    and now its time to get panicky
    i reinstalled nod32 from scratch,and now the situation gets worse,i get the default definitions and unable to update at all
    im sure my license isnt over because i bought it 3 mths ago!!
    anybody can help:(

    Does your event log in the tray icon show an error message? What does it say?

    Check the scheduler, look if there is an update schedule (repeately every hour)

    uninstalled and reinstall a few times....can update again...lol

    Can you please go to the Nod32 Control Centre> Logs> Event Log and copy what you see there and post it here.
