Can't Stop the spyware from getting into my internet options start upage

Hello, I am using this program BUT, when I start up my pc there are several porn sites that are never deleted. Every time I start up, they come back. They make themselves my start page even if I delete them 100 times. Spyware is not removing them. Please tell mehow I can get these off. I bought this pc from a guy that I don't know at a yard sale and all this stuff was on the pc.
