Can't start ESET Service

    As of today, the ESET service is disabled when I boot into Windows7, and none of the recommended remedies works... I get "access denied" when I try to change its status to either Automatic or Manual. Already downloaded and installed the MS Net framework update.

    I can't start ESET.

    I'm suspecting that some Trojan got by ESET recently, and that it's wiped out my ability to run ESET.
    Is this happening to anyone else?

    Are you able to get to www.eset.com? If so, please try running the online scanner. If not, please let me know.
