OK, so I have been backing up weekly - great. I needed to restore my PST file for Outlook, but to another location as I think I broke my cal. I have a backup from yesterday. An incremental. I launch PBR15H with the external backup disk plugged in. I click Restore from VD. Next Select the latest increment next Restore files and folders It shows a tree (which BTW is a pretty crappy tree as it is small and middle of screen and you have to realise to grow it to actually see any files). It shows all the volumes I have on the backup I can see files on the 3 Dell type volumes, I can see files, I can select them. On the main volume though, it just shows the volume, no +, not file, it just says: (Blue pie) OS \ Type = GPT Volume\ File System NTFS \ Size = 930 GB \ Used 696GB Any increment (or base) shows the same. The backups are too large not to contain the files (e.g. 230GB base + this increment is 200GB [the base was before lots was added]). So how do I restore a lone file?
So I found: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/mount-archive-greyed-out.257640/ which showed me how to mount the disk, which I have done, so can get my PST now..... but still doesn't answer why I can't see any files / folders etc in the restore files wizard. Any thoughts?
