can't restore from security zone?

Excuse me. I have created a image in secure zone with True Image workstation v8.0build764. After I press F11 when restarting, the interface of true image is available, but there is a tip -- ide2: ports already in use, skipping probe. When I press "restore Image", PC will restart withour any restoring operation. What Happens?

First of all, please download the latest (826) build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/my/products/registration/. After that please create new Acronis Bootable CD with the latest build and use it.
