    Hi,

I've using True Image server 8.0.

I've stored my images on a network drive. When I boot from the rescue CD and try and log onto the network drive, It asks me for my user name and password, which I put in, then it just pops up again asking me for my username and password and doesn't seem to accept my username and password.

Can any tell me where I'm going wrong?

    Many thanks,

    Terry

    Hello Terry,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest (826) build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/my/products/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download. After that please create new Acronis Bootable CD with the latest build and try using it.

If the problem persists please try to specify the username along with the server name as describe at our site. Also please make sure you have enough rights to access the shared drive with the account you use.

    Thank you.
