Can't login from Firefox extention and Password management trouble

    Good day guys, if you can help me...

    Before starting to explain my issues, here is, some information

    * Browser : Firefox ver. 17.0.1
    * Window XP SP3
    * WSA - Complete v 8.0.2.43 all running good , the password manager is on
    * My email address and password working good and I have access to my web console with no problem also my email and credential are saved and show to the user and account manager...

    The trouble...

    I can't login with my credential from the Webroot extention from Firefox...I received a red bar stating "unknown email address" and the Webroot extension icon stay gray...

    I logging on my Web console (again, no problem) and from the web console, the password manager module is available and if I enter in the password manager page...I got a blank page...

    I clean up cookies and internet cache...but without success...

    But the password manager seem to working, if I enter a credential from a other site, I received a yellow bar if I clic the button "Safe password with Webroot"...I received the Firefox extention login pop up...and the error repeat..."Unknown email adress" and I hit the wall again...

    Also (from who will read my signature) The browser was not sandboxed...

    I also read a post with a user that seem to get the same trouble but my WSA and web console is in English, I didn't install the french version (I'm from Montreal Quebec Canada) so I don't think that my case are related for a foreign language web console.

    I already send I support ticket , but I take a chance here, knowing that the best expert and WSA specialist read this forum :)

    From what we've seen in the Webroot community forums, this issue definitely requires contacting support. Put in a ticket and they will be able to work with you, usually on the weekends too.

    Something about a desync between multiple systems, usually caused when you have older accounts like Android or such, but also can be as simple as not giving your account password management permissions in the portal. Right... Check the portal for password permissions. :) I forget how to do that, but it's under Manage users. :/

    I was looking from the user management and my user profil was set to admin and full acces.

    It's weird...but you're right, I already send a support ticket...I will see...
