Can't install

    No, I didn't try the manual uninstaller- just installer from the Eset menu. Didn't use add/remove programs to uninstall.

    Until you have a reply from ESET on your Issue Ticket, I would not recommend taking any further actions unless instructed by ESET.

    This is not necessarily a software issue releated to ESET, an issue ticket has been generated by the OP, she/he does not require further action at this time.

    Not a problem posting back as I had asked you to.
    While I don't personally prescibe to manual Registry tweaks, the manual uninstall feature would have accomplised the same without the risk of damaging any or all of your Registry.
    Is your software now working correctly. ?

    Actually, the manual uninstall did not work, I tried it. There was a problem with my network connection properties, this rebuilt it. Everything is working great now.
