Can't Install PMicrosoft Picture It!

    :mad: Help I cannot install MS Picture It!, I get so far thrrough the installation and it tells me error 1310 error writing to file - c:windows\system32\PCDLIB32.DLL

    Please verify you have access to that directory.

    OS Windows XP Home Edition.

    Please help me. o_O
