You could try to repair the TI 10 installation by re-installing TI10 again and then try removing it again.

Check if there is any rubbish in your temporary folder, that is, the one under C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temp. If there is delete the contents, apart from those that might be locked and try again to install v10.

OK, if you are running XP, check in services.msc (from the run command line) and see if the TI services are still present and running (they shouldn't be).

What happens if you try the Windows software removal procedure from control panel?

It's present (automatic selection)"Acronis Scheduler2 Service" but is not running.
If I try to remove TI10 don't get the end (see pictures).

Check the temp folder under, C:\Documents and Settings\your_log_on\Local Settings\Temp

It would be unusual for there to be nothing in this folder. Delete whatever you can that is in there. I linked the wrong one last time!

I have made what you say, but does not work.
It must be something to level of the registry.

Something is wrong with this installer...When clicking on the setup it creates in C:\Documents and Settings\*\local settings\temp a folder with trueimageinstallmenu_standard.exe+5 dll:s,and then stops...When clicking on "installmenu" it opens the menu but gives error: can´t find *.msi.ini...When ignoring that to nevertheless continue following attached error comes up...

Using XP Pro sp2 and have the setup from retail link...One user with full adm.rights...

I have resolved using the program "Windows Installer Clean up". It uninstall residual fragment of the old programs. It's a good utility also for future problems.
    Thank's for help.:D
