Just updated to TI Enterprise version 8.0 build 1143. I can successfully image a Windows 2000 server to a network share using the TI MMC. However, when I try to do the same exact process on a Windows 2003 Server, I get the error: You do not have enough privileges to create the file "\\chibackup02\trueimage\chisysupdate04.tib". Please choose another location.

I'm logging in with Domain Admin privileges. Using the SAME account that works on the Windows 2000 server. The share is wide open and the NTFS permissions are Everyone FULL CONTROL. So I know it can't possibly be a permissions issue. So what is going on? I've had this problem since I purchased the product back in December and still no resolution to this issue. This is the most annoying software I've ever come across. PLEASE FIX THIS or tell me what a dumb@$$ I am by showing me the correct way to image a 2003 server.

    thanks

    Al

    Hello Al,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Could you please create an account with administrative rights on the computer where you want to store the image and create the image using this account? The problem if this kind are usually connected with access rights.

    Thank you.
