can't delete configuration packages

I can't delete, or change configuration profiles in RA Console (only create is working).

Am I doing something wrong ?

 

these errors are on the console, or are they errors being reported back about a client?

They appear to be win98 packages - are the clients win98?

 

They are errors from RA Server log. And there are no 98 clients. Configuration Package is NT only.
