cant configure pxe server!

we just bought 13 licenses for snap deploy 3. ive made the master image, but when i try to configure the pxe server, the program locks up and i have to force it to end.

any ideas? the service is running. ive tried installing/reinstalling, but no go. acronis tech support is a joke so im hoping i can get some help here.

 

I have build 3183 and I can easily add/remove products in my PXE server without any problems. Might wanna try to install the PXE server on another machine, connect to it using the mgt console and try to set it up there.

If that works then there is something restricting your PXE server from working in your local computer.

 

are you running it on server 2003? i did get it to work just one time. i removed everything, rebooted, and reinstalled. it worked once and when i tried again, same thing.

now im still stuck and no matter what i try, i cant get this to work.
