I recently purchased Disk Director 9.0 for the sole purpose of installing a new hard drive in my Toshiba Portege M200 Tablet PC.

I placed the new hard drive (100GB) in an external USB case and used your product to copy (clone) the existing hard drive (40GB). Upon completion (and placing the hard drive in the Toshiba, the new hard drive boots, but I can not log into the system – even as an administrator or in safe mode! Is this a known issue?

I tried performing this operation twice, with the same results. The original drive, when placed back in the system, works just fine.

And yes, I am running the latest version and build. No, I cannot run your program that captures information to a floppy (the tablet PC has no floppy)... although I might be able to capture it to a virtual floppy...

Thanks in advance for your help!
