Using ATI 2009 (latest build) and Win XP Pro. When I try and mount my ATI image I get an error message saying that the program can't load my image. It suggest reinstalling ATI. When I go into Device Manager I notice a red check mark under Acronis Devices and start the ATI Backup Archive Explore it tries to update the driver with the timntr_2k.sys. That fails but I have renamed it (via some of the other responses in this forum) but it still falis. I have uninstalled the program with ATI's uninstaller, reinstalled it but still no luck. Uninstall and reinstall via Windows Install Cleanup yielded the same results. Any ideas ?
