Hi All, I am using Windows 7 SP1 and I have aquired a problem (don't know how long). I find that when I put in any kind of CD with files on it I cannot open and view the files. ie if I click on Open or Open in New Window via Explorer nothing happens except a click. The CD/DVD drive is HP (Samsung) HP CDDVDW TS-H653R in HP Pavilion s5325uk I can play audio files by single clicking on the CD/DVD Device E: Drive it opens in Windows Media player. I can apparently burn CDs or DVDs but I cannot view the contents of the CD or DVD after burning. I have tried everything so I need inspiration please. Any ideas
@TerryWood The free version of Windows Repair from tweaking.com may be able to fix your issue. Install it and run the deafult fixes and see if it helps.
