cannot update

Hello

My last update was yesterday 2265 and I canot update anymore. I tried also manually and I receive that no update is necessary. The last update for nod32 is 2269 and I cannot receive it. I have the 30 days trial version. They have already passed only 20 days. The last 20 days everything was working properly. If I am to going to unistall the programm and install it aain could probably solve the problem? Furthermore by installing again the software I am going to have 30 days again of trial software with updating of course?
