Cannot report a problem to Support -- unless you report it in a forum

    If you click the "Support" link on the Home page and then try to enter your email address, the page suddenly disappears--preventing you from reporting a problem. If you don't know about the forum, how can you report a problem?

    If you create an account, there's no way of reporting a problem from your account. Why? Your account is the place where you should be able to report problems because it automatically identifies you and your license to the support team.

    Is this happening on the Prevx site or the Webroot site, or which site?
