    Hi,

Something isn't working properly when I try to open a support ticket. When I get to the support page, enter my email and click continue, it does recognize my email and prompts me to enter my password (as it should!). However, when I enter my password and click "continue", nothing happens - as if I had forgotten my password. On the other hand, if I click on forgotten your password?, nothing happens either. o_O
Can anyone from Webroot help me?
    Thanks

I can confirm that this is not a Firefox or browser issue. Webroot support sent me a new password for the support page, and I could login. I also had to reset my password in order to login to my Web Console, which is a bit strange because I was using the right password... o_O

Could it have something to do with this? https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=338302 also I would suggest you sign up at the Webroot Community Forums as there are many Webroot staff members online during the day that could look into your Ticket issue. http://community.webroot.com/t5/Individuals-Families/ct-p/consumer

I don't know if it has something to do with the "@@" issue, but it just so happens that I'm dealing with that issue as well... (although I'm always careful to remove the extra "@" when typing my email address)

    I will follow your advice!
