Cannot load image from CD

    I am trying to do a restore from Acronis Corp. Workstation bootable cd The software comes up and I click restore and it searches the C drive and goes to the window asking you to pick the image file the only thing I see is my computer icon and the C drive there is no CDrom choice any ideas ?
    Or am I doing something wrong ?? :oops:

    Could you please tell whether you use the internal CD drive or external one? Also please try to create the "Safe" version of Acronis Bootable CD and boot from it.
