    Hello [H]omer,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Linux Server Disk Backup Software.

    We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

    Could you please provide us with the following information?

    - Clarify your CPU architecture;

    - Let us know the output of the following command: # uname -a

    - Describe actions taken before the problem appears step-by-step.

    Thank you.

    Linux sky 2.6.16-1.2111_FC5 #1 Thu May 4 21:19:07 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

    Although it is more accurate to look at the output from:

    # rpm -q --qf "%{ARCH}\n" kernel-`uname -r`
    i586

    (Note: upgraded from FC4 since my initial post)

    1) Downloaded TrueImageServer9.1_d_en.i686 demo
    2) Attempted to run it with ./TrueImageServer9.1_d_en.i686

    Result = "Illegal Instruction". No other output.

    This occurred on two different versions of the OS (FC4 and FC5) on the same hardware.

    My guess, is you are building with i586 incompatible optimisations with your compiler.

    Please refer to the previously attached strace logfile.
