    Hi ddd :)

    Welcome to Wilders.

One way to find out if there is any Malware on your system is to follow the instructions here,

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=15913

then post your HijackThis log in the hijack cleaning forums with a full description of your problem and one of the experts will give u recommendations on any Malware found.

Wouldn't hurt to let the experts have a look at your HJT log. ;)

Remember, if u decide to, post it in the Hijack cleaning forum. :)

dear ddd, try those links and download those stand-alone scanners. scan your system with them and if its infected with some common viruses hopefuly you'll know.

    1. McAfee Stinger. download from here.

    2. eScan AV. download from here.

Have you tried scanning with Advanced Hueristics (/AH)? That might help NOD32 find it (or so I've heard). Worth a try. See this thread.

Didn't the problem disappear after turning off IMON and rebooting the machine as advised above?
