cannot create image over network

Ok, I've done this before, but with the latest v8 build I'm having problems.

I boot from a CD and go to do a backup over the network.

When I find the directory I want to store to, TI complains that "The file name, location or format ... is not valid".

Any ideas on this?

I've had TI create the file name for me. I've verified that there is plenty of space for the image. I've tried multiple networked folders... this sucks.

 

I had this same problem today. Check security of the folder when you want to put backup.
