OK. Newbie here. When I try to create an image in the Secure Zone (that's the only way I have tried, though) I get the following error message: "Cannot create the image of the logical drive c: because it is currently in use by running applications or the logical drive contains bad sectors." I've already checked and I don't have bad sectors and I am running the latest build of True Image. I have tried shutting down my running apps in sys tray. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong...

    Hello morwyn,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Did you resolved your problem? If the problem remains please let me know what acronis program you use and the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog.

    Thank you.
