Cannot Activate

    I just downloaded Smart Security Software. Entered all my information.
    When I click on home tab, it keeps telling me that my product is not activated. This happens no matter how many times I enter my Username and password.
    Under the update tab it states product activated.
    Amy input would be appreciated.

    same here. did clean install. windows 7 32-bit.

    ok. a reboot solved the activation issue for me. did not have to re-enter username & password. it just showed activated after reboot.
