    A proper HIPS + AV is usually more than enough. Throw in Windows hardening and virtualization and that is almost nuke proof. :D

    Not if your counting kernel exploits, then you'll need a LiveCD with BIOS protection and no mounted writable storage.

    Of course EMET should be considered for zero-days.
