can true image 9 or 10 (recovery cd)image/restore w7 partition?

Hi

i know it's a silly question

but some years ago i bought true image 9 ( 10 i guess was the last great version)
i don't talk about true image 11 , 2010 , 2011 and so on

i'm talking about the old versions 9 and 10


are they capable to make an image off line (via recovery cd) and restore a windows 7 os partition ?

i use now paragon
but i wonder to know if they could do it

An offline image should be independent of the OS so I can't think of a good reason why it would not work.
