I am not allowed to reply to my old thread to bump it up with a new datestamp so I'm forced to start a new thread. The previous thread was:

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=268784

The release notes page http://www.returnilvirtualsystem.com/products/rss/release-notes) doesn't give datestamps to know when they became available. I had to go to download.com to see the date that the latest release of Returnil got added there to see a new version became available there during September 2010. My original thread was dated in March 2010 so it appears a new major version of Returnil has become available since then.

I've read through the online manual for the latest release (http://www.returnilvirtualsystem.com/files/manuals/en_us/rss/index.html) but cannot see an option to discard/save changes during a Returnil session at Windows shutdown (rather than making me guess when Returnil gets loaded). Has that feature been yet implemented in this next release of Returnil (and, if so, is it also available in the free version)?

    Hi VanguardLH,
This is due to the age of the thread and its overall inactivity, so a new thread is appropriate.

No and yes. No, it is not yet available in RSS 2011, but it is being tested now. Look for an automatic save to disk option in the File Manager in the next month or so (or very soon depending...).

This is a premium feature so would not be available in free and unregistered free versions.
