can someone tell if i can remove this out of quarantine and delete it permanetly

C:\Documents and Settings\#####\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\GXI3SLMV\ScriptsUS[1].js -> Adware.MediaMotor : Cleaned with backup (quarantined).


I took out the name for security, that is what the #### is

can i remove and delete this permanetly?

Yes....either via ewido or by clearing your Interent Explorer cache(Temprorary Internet Files)

How and Why to Clear Your Cache

Those .js files are referred to as Java script. Script files are instructions and are part of the HTML code found on web pages. In the case of Mediamotor....those .js files could have been instructions to download an ActiveX component of there's....like an unwanted toolbar.
