can someone help get a builtin webcam working? win7

    hi, my friend cant get her webcam working with skype. i dont use webcams, windows or skype. i did a quick search and didnt find much help. i looked in device manager and didnt see any yellow question marks. skype is the lastest version. its a vaio, im not sure which webcam it uses. is there an easy way to test a builtin webcam? thanks :)

    dont worry about it unless its really easy. i was in a bad mood when i got here and too lazy to fix it. im sure i can work it out. :cool:

    Hi,

    Should be able test by pressing Viao capture button.

    Setup should be done through skype configuration. Need to setup the Webcam from within skype config so it recognises the webcam.

    That is all assuming vaio driver and software correctly installed...

    You can also test it in the Skype video options itself, which also allows you to access the webcam configuration directly.
