Can someone assist with nkvd.us?

I have run Spybot, which alwyas shows two types of problems 'DSO Exploit' and 'Common hijacker', which I fix, but they always come back. Immediately afterwards, I run HijackThis, see the log:

I've tried fixing everything on the above list except the O4 and O16 ones, but a second scan a few minutes later shows the same problems.

Please download and run CWShredder
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions provided by the program.

Then reboot and post a new HijackThis log.

In the meantime read http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showtopic=15308 about the DSO Exploits.
