Can AVERT Stinger be updated?

    Can Stinger be updated?, or is this something you download for immediate use, then download again at a later date
    when needed?

    I see they have updates, but don't see an option to update the program.

    I am pretty sure that you just download the updated version of stinger instead of updating the one you have and then just delete the older one.

    Thanks!

    I downloaded the current version earlier today. I've been trying to clean up a friends
    computer with Blackspear's cleaning instructions.
    The computer was connected to a cable modem for about a year with no firewall, no anti-spyware, no nothing.
    Just one free AV. :eek:

    The first pass with Spysweeper picked up 1700 items!
