Can anyone confirm this please

    Hi, just done a boot scan with Avast and it has detected one virus which is shown on the screenshot.

    Can any confirm that this is an infection and not a false positive as I dont want to delete something I shouldnt have.

    try updating it to Virustotal ans try googling the result

    it's probably some game trainer but don't trust my instinct

    You can upload it to Virus total but you have to restore it from the chest back to the OS then search its location with choose file with VT and send it.

    In addition, more information would be useful e.g. what folder was it located in.

    It's being flaged as a PUP, so most probably it's just a false positive. Probably a file needed for certain keyboard buttons to work properly.
