I just bought CampTune X, and in the window in which you should see the slider bar to resize the volumes there was nothing, blank!

This guy here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1333544&highlight=camptune slider) had the same problem and solved it by:
"I create Recovery CD and download the file from My Paragon Account and boot from it and than I run CampTune from boot CD."
But I don't understand how he did it!
Could somebody please help me out?

I have a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Windows 7.
    Thanks!

    A. Perform Repair of HFS partition.

    1. Boot from Mac Recovery partition or Installation CD if OS is older than Lion
    2. Cancel installation process
    3. In menu pick Utilities - Disk Utility
    4. Run "Repair" on system partition

    B. To repair NTFS partition, install trial version of NTFS for Mac OS X and perform repair of NTFS partition from Disk Utility:

Please download trial version of NTFS for Windows and install it:
    http://www.paragon-software.com/home/ntfs-mac/download.html

    1. Applications - Utilities - Disk Utility
    2. Pick Boot Camp partition on the left and choose First Aid tab
    3. click on Repair.

    Thanks for the quick response.
I have followed all of your instructions (both partitions are repaired), but the slider bar in CampTune is still invisible! My cursor changes to a double arrow (to slide something) somewhere on the right side of the blank window, but nothing is visible.
I do not tweak my computer in any way, so there shouldn't be a problem, and considering all the positive reviews of CampTune I've read, this is quite disappointing.
Still, I'm hoping for another quick response from your side, thanks!

I quit and reopened CampTune and this time the slider-bar appeared!
After 15mins however, 2mins into the actual partitioning phase, the operation failed.
I sent the log files but what do I do now? Do I just wait a few days to get an email response from the support team?
