cacheman5.50. Is it worth a try

    Cacheman5.50 default distribution(free I think).
    It claims

    Also,one of its features "defrag HD when idle" sounds good. Any comments.thank you

    pff, it's all the same. Hare, cachexp, cacheman, ... the xp version of windows takes care of a lot of issues, the rest can be done through registry (that's what the program basicaly does)
