    Hello,
was wondering if anyone else is having this issue...
we are running CA Etrust 8.0 and 7.x across our network. We have mostly XP sp2 workstations and several win 2k3 servers in our domain. Now, we've had mostly good luck with CA's product, however it's no longer listening to our choices of Exclusions. we've uninstalled/reinstalled several times, but no matter what, we can't exclude anything - this is really affecting performance of our sql servers, and cannot be tolerated. at this point we are installing trial copies of Nod32, however, there must be a solution to the issue.

    Anyone else run into this?

    thanks much!

Sorry I can't be of help, but give it some time many people here will give you some good suggestions, and let me say switching to Nod32 would prob be a better choice for your network.

I tested it once a while a go and didn't like it. I don't think it is that good.
But can't you reach their support desk?
