C:WINNT/secure.html and a trojan horse

    My parents computer is full of spyware and now there is a virus showing up. I ran ad-aware the way it was posted on here, while I was running that Norton showed a virus that it couldn't get rid of. so I ran the Norton again as well. The virus is called WQQUQVPKKVDO.EXE its a trojan horse. I quaritined it for now my norton couldn't fix it. I ran Norton on this computer two days ago and there was nothing. along with the ad-aware. I got rid of a lot of programs and spyware off the computer. the only one I couldn't get rid of was the winnt/secure. so I went home and found this site to get rid of it...

    Download and run: http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe
    Use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

    Then reboot, run HijackThis again and post a new log.

    lol...let me try this again.. I forgot to re-boot...

    I am freaking out over all this. I dont' know how they get so much crap on their puter. I never have these problems on mine.

    There are also 6 viruses quarantined on the machine

    I can't find some of the folders. I changed the view on the folder to show hidden files and I still can't find some of them. I tried to search on the comp also and it didn't show them

    the commonfiles/updater isn't there, the acceleration one isnt' there and it won't let me delete the multi slow. it says no access or in use...

    Don't worry about the ones you can't find. They may have been removed earlier. The one being in use is not good.
    Could you post a new log please, so we can see how far we are?

    I got rid of it, thanks. I forgot to say that. I turned it off using the task manager and deleted it. the only thing I have left to do now is kick my little brothers butt for getting into this crap...lol. and the viruses. but I am going to do that later. I need a break from this thing. thank you so much!!
