burn image directly to DVD+R

I'm using Acronis True Image Workstation 9.1 Build 3.531.
Cannot save Image directly to DVD+R Message: BAD MEDIA

 

This is the latist build

Maybe you should update to the latest version. From Here http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/download/

As Carver I would recommend that you download the latest build (3718 ) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation first. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If the problem persists with the latest build, please disable your own CD/DVD burning software temporary and see whether the problem still persists. If the problem still persists, please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Also collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
