I have an active Bullguard IS license but I am not using the software at the moment. I think it is perfectly acceptable software and will provide good protection for someone who exercises a bit of common sense. I tend to disable many of the features of the software, however, and only keep the antivirus, firewall, and backup functions operational. I think the backup functionality is pretty robust and the firewall seems to be rated pretty highly whenever it is reviewed. I only had one occasion to use Bullguard support and they were great to work with. I do find their support forums to be very lightly used. I wonder how many people actually use the product although it is under very active development. They update it frequently and post nice change logs at http://www.bullguard.com/about/release-notes.aspx .
